Solutions 4 Care are a domiciliary homecare and supported living provider. Solutions 4 Care was founded in 2017, we are located in the heart of Aldridge village. The areas that we cover are Walsall, Aldridge, Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas. Care further afield may be possible depending on our carer’s proximity to your address. We provide tailored care to suit your needs from as little as 30 Minutes up to 24 hours in the comfort of your own home.

Supported Living

Our supported living service offers a person-centred approach to housing and support that enables people to live independently with our community, while being supportive to increase their level of independence.

Our main focus is prompting independence, personal growth and enhancing social connections. We support adults with diverse and complex needs such as:

Autism
Learning Disabilities
Physical Disabilities
Mental Health

Package of support we provide may vary from a few hours per week to 24 hours a day 7 days a week. These are provided within our supported living properties, supported living can be provided in several ways.

Our goal is to enrich the lives of the people that we support by helping them develop core life skills to enable them to live more independently. We can support in the following ways:

Supporting with learning daily living skills.
Supporting with meal planning, cooking, cleaning and looking after the home.
Support with finding employment and education.
Support in developing skills with money management and shopping
Assistance with identifying and claiming benefits.
Encouraging and supporting to access social or leisure in the community.
Personal care
Medication management
Religious or cultural support

Our leadership team brings a wealth of experience with over 37 years combined practise in care. Solutions 4 Care are proud to have a strong dedicated team of care professionals, driven to support and enhance our service user’s independence.

All of our staff are fully vetted, Enhanced DBS Checked and undergo various training courses prior to working.
